Data we collect

Contact form: full name, company (optional), email address, phone (optional), type of need, message. Providing this data is voluntary; without it we cannot answer your request.

Browsing data: subject to your consent, audience-measurement cookies (Google Analytics 4) and advertising cookies (Meta pixel) collect site-usage data.

Purposes and legal bases

Answering your inquiries and preparing quotes — pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest.

Analytics and advertising — only with your consent (cookie banner), which you may withdraw at any time.

Email marketing — only with your express opt-in, in accordance with the Israeli anti-spam law (Amendment 40 to the Communications Law).

Recipients

Form data is sent exclusively to Jonathan Attal and is never sold or shared for commercial purposes. Technical processors: the site host, Google (Analytics) and Meta (pixel) for consented browsing data.

International transfers

Data is processed in Israel, recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection. Google and Meta may process data outside the EU under their contractual safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

Retention

Prospect data: 3 years after your last contact. Cookies: 13 months maximum.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object, and withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights: jonathan@the-switch.agency.

You may lodge a complaint with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority and, if you reside in the EU, with your supervisory authority (in France: the CNIL).

Security

Data is protected in accordance with the Israeli Data Security Regulations (5777-2017): access restricted to the controller only, encrypted connections, secured mailbox.
